This one time in Miami....
I was doing my laundry at the laundromat and the power company came in and shut off the power in the building because they hadn’t been paying their water bill.  This left my clothes trapped in an industrial washer for a nerve-wracking ten minutes while the lady at the register paid for the bill in change.

I watched a guy (that I assume was on spring break) run out of the ocean carrying a fish. He showed it to his friends, then HE BIT THE HEAD OFF OF IT.
