I worked out 30 times in September. That includes seven days where i didn’t work out at all. Meaning I ran during lunch, then came home and did 30 day shred after Southey left for work at night. I’m basically a fitness junkie. I only lost 3 pounds, which is kind of a let down, but I feel strong. I tracked my meals and really feel as if I’ve gotten back in the habit of exercising.
Sorry for all the workout selfies, but I very vain and kind of love all the support I get from tumblr and instagram people.
